Vacuum Casting

Vacuum casting is a classic cost-effective process for low-to-medium batch precision replication. We manufacture silicone molds based on original prototype samples and inject PU, resin and other materials under a vacuum environment to replicate parts with highly consistent appearance, structure and dimensions as the original model. Requiring no steel molds, it features short production cycle and high replication accuracy, ideal for R&D sampling, functional verification, exhibition samples and small-batch production.

Available Materials: PU soft rubber, PU hard plastic, transparent resin, ABS-like, nylon-like, flame-retardant, high-temperature resistant and wear-resistant simulated engineering plastic materials.

Core Advantages: No expensive steel molds required, low mold cost and fast delivery; vacuum forming ensures bubble-free, shrinkage-free and high-gloss finished parts; perfectly restore tiny textures and complex structures; support soft, hard and transparent parts for diverse R&D test scenarios.

Application Fields: Widely used in consumer electronics, home appliance housings, smart wearable devices, medical devices, automotive interiors, cultural and creative toys for small and medium-batch sample replication, structural testing, appearance verification and low-volume production.
